How much does the Shipping Cost?

We are happy to provide a FREE SHIPPING to most of the destinations! 

Do you ship products internationally?

Yes, The VintWatcher's Shop serves as a global provider catering to customers across the world. All items priceses are in USD, however you may choose to pay with your home currency. 

If I order multiple products, can they be shipped in the same package?

In order to reduce shipping delay for our customers, most of our products are shipped individually as soon as they are processed for shipping in our fulfilment centre.

I’ve put down the wrong shipping info/size order/variant order! What do I do? 

Please contact vintwatcher@gmail.com or chat form as soon as possible and we will try and correct the error.

Cancellations

Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and you will be refunded in full.

When I first put on my GoBe 2, I see the message “NO CONTACT” on the display, and the app tells me my GoBe 2 doesn’t fit. How can I fix this?

It can take anywhere between 10 seconds and 3 minutes to make a connection between the sensor and your skin. To increase the speed of this connection, moisten the skin under the sensor with water, NOT lotion or other skincare products.

If no connection is made between the sensor and skin after 15 minutes, the device will automatically switch off.

What does INIT mean when starting up my GoBe 2?

This is short for “Initialize” and is indicating that your GoBe 2 is on and ready to connect with the Healbe GoBe app

GoBe 2 is the second-generation GoBe device in which we’ve implemented several necessary and requested hardware and software improvements. Key improvements from GoBe 2 over the original GoBe include:

  • Improved calorie tracking accuracy achieved by enhancing and adjusting the analysis algorithm to monitor calorie intake over the course of one day, rather than meal-by-meal
  • Stronger and more reliable Bluetooth connectivity to the Healbe GoBe mobile app
  • Indicator added to the charging dock to indicate the GoBe 2 is successfully connected and charging.
  • Improved magnetic contact between the device and charger for an improved charging experience
  • Increased battery life to up to 48 hours per charge (based on average use)
  • More accurate movement detection and tracking with the addition of a nine-axis accelerometer
  • Better real-time monitoring of stress levels and emotional state using a galvanic skin response sensor
  • A durable, lightweight plastic housing for a sleeker design and added comfort.

How do I change my PIN-code?

  1. Make sure your GoBe 2 is connected to the mobile app via Bluetooth.
  2. Choose the wristband icon at the top of the mobile app home screen
  3. Scroll down and select “PIN Code”
  4. Select “Change” and you will be prompted to reset your pin code.

If you do not remember your PIN code and need to reset it:

  1. Log in to the mobile app with your email address and password and sync your GoBe 2.
  2. When it prompts you for your PIN code, select “Restore Pin”
  3. Then Select “Request PUK-Code”
  4. A message will pop up saying that a PUK code will be sent to the email address connected to your Healbe account.
  5. The email can take up to 24 hours to appear in your email inbox.

Once you get to receive the PUK code via email, follow steps 1 and 2 above and then:

  1. Enter the PUK code sent to you in the email
  2. You will be prompted to reset your pin
